1.0− Ο καναπές κατεστραμμένος ,κρύβεται με το ριχτάρι. το στρώμα κακής ποιότητας, δεν είχε πιστολάκι στο διαμέρισμα ούτε σιδερώστρα . Τα πιάτα στα ντουλάπια ήταν βρώμικα Σακούλα στον κάδο δεν υπήρχε Το κοντρόλ δεν έκανε καθόλου καλή επαφή με την τηλεόραση Στο ψυγείο δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα νερό. Στην μπανιέρα είχε τρίχες Οι κουρτίνες συσκότισης δεν δημιουργούν σκοτάδι Η πόρτα δεν είναι ασφαλείας. Η εγκατάσταση στο θυροτηλέφωνο σχεδόν κατεστραμένη Ότι δεν φαίνεται απλά στις όμορφες φωτογραφίες, είναι λάθος.

10.0Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατη....το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο τα πάντα με τα πόδια σε 1 λεπτό δεν έχω λόγια το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα..Μπράβο Μπράβο...Άριστα!!!

9.0Schönes Apartment mit Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad angrenzend zur Fußgängerzone von Arta und somit bestens geeignet, die Stadt zu erkunden. Ein kostenloser reservierter Parkplatz ist nicht weit entfernt.
