7.0Die Lage war direkt an der 210. Viel Verkehr , aber man hat kaum etwas davon mitbekommen. Auch nicht nachts. In direkter Nachbarschaft Restaurant, Fleischer und Bäcker. Sehr gut und unkompliziert zu erreichen waren auch Hooksiel und Jever. Sehr schöne Wohnung und netter Vermieter.

Ein wenig Abseits ABER, mit Bike und Auto ist alles möglich gewesen!

9.0Das Appartement ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es liegt nicht an der Küste, aber verkehrsgünstig zu Sande und WHV, was uns wichtig war. Es ist für eine Familie ideal, da es eine sehr schöne Terrasse sogar zum Grillen, einen Wäscheraum inkl. Trockner und 3 Badezimmer hat. Die Küche ost mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Gleich nebenan sind ein Bäcker, Fleischer, Sparkasse, Kiosk und ein asiatisches Restaurant. Der Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich.
− Im Hausflur roch es nach Zigarette, da der Nachbar Raucher ist.
