Location

− There are lot of ants and opening and closing the front door lock is a nightmare.

Für ein Wochenende Ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht.

− Sie ist teilweise Kellergeschoss. Die Räume riechen entsprechend müffelig. Ein Ameisenbefall war ebenso störend.

Very good location very near the center and train station,restaurants and shops in the area,spacious rooms and well equipped.

− Dirty floor and bed sheets and towels had a strange bad smell. Communication zero.We arrived around 8 o'clock in the evening,it was raining a lot and we couldn't find the apartment.Family with two kids 9,12.I called about 8-10 times in 20-30 minutes period but no answer and never called back. Luckily for us a neighbor happened to come out and showed us the door.

A great apartment with good potential, unfortunately overshadowed by an unresolved ant problem and poor communication.

The accommodation itself has some positive aspects. The room is spacious, the location is convenient, and the apartment was generally comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, the room stayed relatively cool during the summer, which was a nice advantage.

− Unfortunately, our stay was heavily affected by an ant problem. On the first night, we noticed ants entering from the back door and immediately contacted the host. However, there was no response until the following afternoon, when we contacted them again. We were told that they would “take care of it”, but no clear solution or action plan was provided. The only suggestion we received later was that we could buy an ant trap ourselves. On the third day, we asked again how the problem would be handled and whether any compensation would be considered, as we had been staying in a place with ants throughout our stay. Surprisingly, our concern was described as trying to “negotiate unfairly”. Only on the third evening, shortly before our departure, did the host place a very simple ant trap near the back door, without informing us beforehand. Considering we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, this solution came quite late and did not really solve the issue. Ants continued to enter from other areas, including the front door, and we even found ants climbing on the fridge. I understand that ants can occasionally appear, especially in certain areas, but what was disappointing was the lack of preparation and the slow response. A basic solution such as ant spray or traps was not available when the problem started, and the communication regarding how to handle the situation was not helpful. The accommodation itself may have potential, but the way this issue was handled significantly affected our experience.
