5.0− I got a text on that morning stating the room wasn’t available and I ended up staying in a place that wasn’t what I paid for

3.01: The bed was very uncomfortable as we could feel only the spring and wood 2:: No duvet or blanket or extra bedsheets to cover in this winter period. And the heating tine set till 10pm 3: No good iron till the 4th day after complaining of the burnt iron left in the room 4:: No hangers for clothes hanging.. 5: No kitchen cupboard for room 4. 6: Toilet seat kept moving about 7: Same beddings for 7 nights as we were told that bedding will only be changed after 7 nights staying. With the above stated, it was sleepless 7 nights stay
