− First room was unavailable second room smelled like smoke door problems. We did not even stay at this location
The nastiest room I’ve ever been put on at a hotel!

− I did not get the room I chose on Booking.com was supposed to have picked room 222 but they gave me room 237 the code didn’t work. I was outside in the cold waiting on someone to come help for almost an hour with my six-year-old daughter. I did get in a little later than I thought. i would but when I got up in the morning, I realized the shower was nasty. I couldn’t even give my daughter a bath, let alone me a shower then the floor like the carpet was really sticky. I didn’t have a remote for my TV or a coffee pot or coffee there was burn marks on my pillowcase so when I told the office they were very rude. I only stayed Wednesday night midnight to like 9 AM Thursday morning I was gone all day Thursday, when I returned to the hotel, I wasn’t there before I reached out about not having the accommodations I’m supposed to in my room. The manager was so rude. Refused to put me in a different room and tells me she cannot give me a refund. I did not even stay Thursday or Friday night! I want my money back

I was very pleasantly surprised at the room for what I paid. the rooms was clean and good shape. new linens. new towels. everything no bugs, no stains on the floor. nothing for the cost of this room. it is an exceptional value and I will definitely be staying at this room anytime I am in Stillwater
