10.0Cette petite maison mitoyenne est très bien aménagée, et donne sur un petit jardin magnifique ! Nous avons aussi apprécié la compagnie des tortues qui y habite. Parfait pour un séjour pour visiter les cinq terres.

10.0Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und mit allem wissenswerten versorgt. Super Ausstattung, wer kochen möchte usw. ist alles vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, zum Bahnhof sind es 15 min zu Fuß. In das Stadtzentrum sind es 20-25 min, man kann aber auch den Bus nehmen, dieser hält fast vor der Tür. Restaurants sind ansonsten auch in der Nähe. Wenn Fragen sind, Andrew ist per WhatsApp jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft gerne. Geparkt haben wir am Straßenrand um die Ecke, alles gut.

− It is slightly away from the city center, but that is by no means the owners fault. We still enjoyed the location and enjoyed getting to walk and use public transportation.

10.0L'accueil de notre hôte. Très sympathique, parle anglais couramment. Le frigo avec quelques douceurs à notre arrivée. La facilité des échanges pour le code Wifi par exemple. La propreté des lieux et la proximité de la gare pour les 5 terres. Parfait pour un couple. Quelques commerces dont une excellente charcuterie dans la rue et Penny Market accessible à pied. Le jardin est top avec les tortues.

10.0Very cozy place, that feels like home, even when you are on vacation. Beautiful garden. No tortoises in this season. Place is spacious, with all the amenities for comfortable stay. Very safe area and good place to park nearly as well. The host is welcoming and easy to communicate, as he is fluent in English. Approximately 15 minutes (on foot) from train station, to catch the train to 5 terre.

Heerlijk plek met fantastische host
9.0Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Andrew, die prachtige plek aan de rand van La Spezia heeft op,15 minuten lopen vanaf het station. Met oog voor detail ingericht. Voor ons was het 'a home away from home.
