6.0− Pretty expensive considering having someone above us made it sound like a cheap hotel room. Will probably just rent a whole house next time
Mt. Baker life
9.0Loved the outdoors and that the facility has the river close by and offered nice hiking trails. The rooms were comfortable and I loved having a fireplace.
− It was a long drive from town, but it did offer food options not far from the cabin.
Very good
8.0Vey clean, comfortable and well appointed property
Tiny, worn-out condo with practically non-existent internet
2.0This condo boasts a fantastic location and, yes, a washer and dryer—conveniences that really shine when there’s not much else to rave about.
− Sadly, those are where the 'pros' end. The cons? Well, let’s start with the cozy (read: tiny) space that feels more like a throwback to the last century than a vacation retreat. It’s old, worn-out, and well past its prime. And the internet? Practically non-existent. The owner tries to pin the blame on the mountains and trees, but let’s be real—it’s slow because they’re clinging to a relic from the early 2000s. Investing in a proper internet setup would probably cut into those lovely high daily rates, so they’ll pass, thanks. Given the price, I can’t give this place more than 2 stars, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re really into vintage… technology.
Superb
9.0Comfy bed. Parking spot bear the cabin.
− Due to works on the site, noise of machinery from 8 am…(but workers where friendly and helpfull when you wanted to leave by car)
Exceptional
10.0I stayed at 5 places on my Washington hiking trip and this was by far my favorite. The place is very cute and comfortable. I was able to catch up on my laundry as well which means so much when I was outdoors every day getting dirty!
− No complaints
