9.0We loved this little unit, great location near beautiful beaches, have not been to Ballina before. Nice coffee places nearby, short drive to CBD,
− A BBQ at the unit would have been good, a smart TV for streaming, WiFi would be good. The oven racks were in need of a good clean.
It was a great place to stay, close to the beach & Ballina shops.
