9.0Neues, modernes Haus in guter Lage, um Ausflüge zu machen. Privater Parkplatz vor der Tür, Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und kleinem Garten. Sehr schöne Liegestühle, schickes, kleines Badezimmer. Guter Kontakt zu den Besitzern per Mail oder zu Natascha, der Hausmeisterin. Diese hat uns persönlich bei kleineren Problemen geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Natur Schwimmbad in Mauthen ist sehr schön und lohnt sich.
− Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern fehlten! Das war schwierig bei der Hitze. Sollten unbedingt noch angebracht werden. Die Waschmaschine roch faulig, Natascha hat aber helfen können. Die Informationsbroschüre war fast ausschließlich auf niederländisch geschrieben. Eine deutsche Übersetzung fehlte teilweise. Die Kopfkissen waren für unsere Bedürfnisse zu groß.

Exceptional ski apartment
10.0The house is well equipped for 6 people, it's comfortable and cozy, it was the perfect accommodation to spend a week with friends. It's next to the ski pists in Kötschach, and in about ten minutes you can get to the city centre, where in wintertime you can use the skibus to get to Nassfeld, the best ski resort in the southern part of the Alps. The Wellness in Kötschach is also in walking distance, about 8 minutes.
− To be honest, we were completely satisfied with the house, but we would suggest equipping it with a microwave and maybe a table in at least one of the rooms on the second floor. We had some moments when the group was having lunch but one of us had to attend a meeting and it was a bit uncomfortable.
