A wonderful value for the price, and a nice quiet escape from the tourism of Venice! Within walking distance of the waterbus and multiple restaurants (including a great one across the canal from flat!). Stefano the host is super helpful and met us with the keys and a tour of the flat. A great option if you want to cook some of your own meals and have a quiet place to chill.

The location and view were very nice, with a sunny balcony and two markets within a short walk. The apartment has a good layout and is well equipped.

We had such a lovely stay at Eva’s Flat. Great facilities and fantastic location - perfect to be close to the action but away from the tourists. The property was clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed and Stefano was fantastic in helping us with recommendations and similar. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Awesome! Everyone enjoyed a lot! If we would visit Lido we would definitely book this apartment!

Location of this apartment is perfect: quiet neighborhood, beach is not so far, imo, grocery store is also near, and the streets with huge trees look just awesome! Apartment is well equipped with everything needed! The host met us on arrival, so we had no issues whatsoever, he explained everything, answered to all our questions in person and through whatsapp! So we all are very grateful to the host! Beach is a so and so, there is no possibility to wash legs or change clothes for free and the most important - there is something in the water and no warning signs, maybe it's small and transparent / invisible jellyfish that might sting, also there are crabs, so watch where you step. Venice is beautiful, we bought tickets for few days which is much cheaper than buying for one time or one day, and we visited it almost every day. We were 5 adults and one child 10 years old, there is literally nothing really negative to add! P.S. Before choosing a restaurant in Venice, read reviews to avoid tourist traps.

− Beach is a good one, but there is no possibility to wash legs or change clothes for free. In case if you will have neighbors above with kids running and jumping, be ready for some noise. If you are a big person, shower might be too small for you.

The place is really well equipped, especially the kitchen. Had every little thing you could think of needing (apart from a kettle). Generously sized and the air conditioning offered some serious relief in the hot weather. Good location, quiet residential street. Host was really good with communication and left us some welcome items that were much appreciated. Terrace area was great to spend time especially for breakfast, lovely view.

− One of the only things I could think the apartment needs is a shelf inside the shower to put your soap. This is really so minor, overall the place is great for the cost

Spacious and comfortable apartment in Lido with great value for money

The apartment is located in nice and very calm residential area in Lido, less than 10 minutes by walk to the public beach or to the main ferry terminal in Lido - Santa Maria Elisabetta where you can take different vaporettos (water buses) - 6, 1, 5,2, etc. depending where and how fast you want to go to Venice and the other islands. From Santa Maria Elisabetta you can take bus A for two stops and then after 2-3 minutes walk you can reach the apartment as well. The apartment is at the second floor of nicely maintained building with polite and helpful neighbours. There is no elevator but the host Stefano was very helpful with the suitcase. Stefano contacted me before the check in, gave me very useful information for the newly introduced Venice access fee and how to register for exemption, provided me with information which water bus to take from Venice to reach the property in the most efficient way, helped with the suitcase, has left refreshments in the fridge for a welcome and provided me with invoice which I needed. He was always available to answer any questions. Nearby (5 min. walk) there is a supermarket that works until 20:00 p.m. on Sunday so everything needed can be purchased. The apartment matched the information provided in the website of booking. In reality it is even more spacious and pleasant than the idea I had from the photos. Everything is kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped, there are all needed electric appliances, the Wifi was good. There is nice spacious balcony where you can have breakfast or sit at night. The whole area is very calm and safe. The furniture and appliances are not brand new but they are very decent and along with the good maintenance the hosts have tried to provide everything needed for short term rent while preserving the atmosphere of the family that used to live there back in the times (there are beautiful shelves with many books, nice small decorations in the saloon and paintings on the walls).

− There is no elevator in case you have heavy luggage and problems with accessibility. There was only one air conditioner in the corridor and in the summer might be hot. We stayed in May and everything was perfect, there were nice blinds, nets against mosquitoes so the temperature in the rooms was easy to adjust. The furniture, appliances and the building are not brand new and this might trigger some people but everything is nicely maintained, neat and the value for money is excellent especially in comparison with other properties in Lido.
