9.0家族（大人2人、子供2人）で2泊3日で利用。澄川駅から近くに位置し、すぐそばに大きめのコンビニ（ローソン）もある点が良い。備品の欠品などもなく部屋も清潔。
− 敢えて挙げれば札幌中心地からは電車で20分ほど（そこまで気にはならないが）。

10.0有停車位，不用煩惱市區停車問題，而且離地鐵很近，附近生活機能也很方便，超市超商都在附近走路5分鐘內能抵達。
− 空間有點狹窄，行李太大太多不好展開。
