Disappointing stay with several issues that affected comfort and value.

I like the idea of the property, but not everything was as expected. Location looks great on the map, and you basically have no neighbors, and there are just dirt roads around. So kind of what we wanted. We tried the jacuzzi, but the water smelled quite strong, making it uninviting to use. On a positive note, the sauna was a good feature and worked well.

The location on the map looked great and it does feel secluded with no direct neighbors, which is what we expected. However, since the property sits at a dirt road intersection, there is actually a surprising amount of traffic — roughly a car every 30 minutes. With no trees, fencing, or any form of privacy barrier, the home is fully exposed to dust, dirt, and passing vehicles. We were excited about the clear plastic bubble for lounging and stargazing. The idea is great, but in reality the plastic tiles are extremely scratched, so you can’t really see through them during the day or night. Because of the scratches and dirt, you also can’t capture photos or video with a clear view. At night we expected to see stars, but visibility was basically zero for the same reason. On top of that, the bubble has no heater, so it gets uncomfortably cold. Another thing we looked forward to was the cinema room, but there are four different remotes and no instructions. I eventually figured it out with help from another guest, but even that wasn’t straightforward, and I’d say I’m pretty tech-savvy. On the second night the heater in that room stopped working, making it uncomfortable again. One thing that felt very uncomfortable from a security standpoint was the front gate. The lock on the gate isn’t installed in a functional way, so you can’t actually lock it. That means anyone could simply slide the gate open at night and walk onto the property, which does not feel secure. Regarding the house itself, for how it is presented online and at a $500/night rate, it feels dated on the inside. That could still be acceptable, but the house's heating situation made our stay unpleasant. Overnight temperatures inside dropped to the mid-60s even with all the heaters set to 86°F. We tried all possible settings and communicated with the host, but it never warmed up properly. Unfortunately my wife got sick because of how cold it was at night.

Stunning property, both inside and out. Very homely feel which makes you feel instantly relaxed. All the extras have been considered - very hard to say goodbye to this property!

Nothing - all was amazing.
