It was a nice clean property and provided toy's and game's for the kids and a PS4 which my grandson was very happy about because he didn't want to leave his at home I wasn't expecting that I have stayed in many properties and and never had as many things for the kids to do

There is nothing to like !! the place hadn't been cleaned. There was no solution by the owners as to what we were supposed to do or go while we were waiting for the cleaners. You can't call the phone number because they won't pick up.

− The whole house needs a deep clean. The carpets are filthy, the whole back garden is a jungle of weeds and if you like staying in the middle of a council estate this the house for you. We arrived after the allotted check in time to be presented to a smelly house with stuff everywhere. DO NOT BOOK HERE...the photos are nothing like what you arrive to.

It had a kitchen

− Before we have Evan arrived at proper on to us about deposit never ever had the pestering in all my life telling us if we didn’t do trash properly we be fines 15 pound as well as trying too blag us too stay an extra day we arrive at property to it looking nothing like pictures was a building site glass all over floor drive way grass ain’t been cut roof tiles all over front drive with scrap that’s before we Evan we got into property we thought was a joke at first then going into property it stuck of damp Evan I’m a smoker stunk of stale smoke not been cleaned at all food and drink up wall doors etc rubbish left in there Staines in floor windows and door couldn’t see out of them broken window beer bottle lids and fag buts all over garden damp cracked walls it was not homely in the slightest it was in the middle of housing location wouldn’t usually bother us but was a messy area I Evan questioned if was all council houses not looked after I could go on and on but the worst thing is me and my father in law just lost our nan come all way from Essex to arrange funeral house etc was horrible day and we arrive too this absolute mess we had no choice too stay we was tirad and dirty after long day we had they new this before arriving I believe all the good review on this property were bought no way in million years would people enjoy staying there and worst thing tried too contact them too complain completely blanked not Evan a sorry nothing wotever you do don’t waist money staying here not worth 20 pound a night I’m writing to booking.com as they should not Evan advertise this on here over 200 property I’ve stayed at afar by the worst

Great location, plenty of room with a ps4 and games for the children to play on. House felt homely and had all the facilities required.

− Two windows, one downstairs and one in the bedroom were cracked. Window seals were very dirty. Air fryer was extremely dirty with old oil still in tray. Pots had been put away uncleaned. Dining table was sticky and needed a wipe down. Kitchen tops all felt sticky and dirty and required a wipe down. Overall house keeping not not to a satisfactory standard. Advertised with breakfast provided however there was only open boxes of cereals left in the cupboard. There was no milk, no bread or eggs. All the things you would want for breakfast was not provided. This was very disappointing.

It was ok although could have offered more for that price.

It was spacious

− It was not cleaned properly there was hair in the bathroom stains on the floors , cob webs behind both toilets . The front and back garden were not cleaned at all it looked like the place was deserted for years.
