10.0Bedrooms, hot tub, screened porch with firepit, game room, dining room for entire family, and theater room - basically everything. Location was very convenient for activities in Luray.
− Just a few minor details - Lamps are needed in screened-in porch as a softer option to overhead lighting. Lighting over dining room table should be 2700k.
Perfect location for a number of guests with great accommodations.
10.0This was exactly what we needed! We were in town for a wedding with a number of family members. There was plenty of space for everyone. Game room, firepit, hot tub and grill were all enjoyed. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a TV available in all of them. Communications with the hosts when we had questions were quickly answered and we had all needed information for checkin and checkout.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at from all our previous vacations!
10.0Everything we needed was as described online. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor was warm and welcoming. The game room was a bit hit not only for the kids, but also for the adults. We did not use the fire pit, but the hot tub was so relaxing. To top off the day, the movie room completed the day's activities.
