6.0Property was located close to where we needed to be and was in a quiet area
− Settees were extremely uncomfortable and one was broken. Mattress was lumpy. Stairs were extremely steep which needs to be noted in description as lots of people would have issue with them. Having to strip the bedding and leave it on the ground floor was a bit much when the stairs are so steep you need to hold the rail. There was a damp issue in the kitchen and in the top floor bedroom which needs seen to quickly

7.0Just a short bus away from the city centre, the apartment was clean and had amazing amenities. Anything we'd need in the kitchen was there, even provided hairdryer ect. Easy check in and reliable responses
− Upstairs TV was very glitchy but may have been signal problems
