Loive the place was so quiet and peaceful

− Carpets could do with deep cleaning shower was broken and mowing.

− The only thing I would say is maybe put a cover over the hot tub so it could still be used if it rains

Lovely stay with the added bonus of a hot tub. However it does need some attention to it.

Property was in a good location with lovely views.

− The property is in need of some TLC and a really good deep clean.

Should have left within minutes of arrival when we noticed the residue in the kettle.

The location and the white goods- fridge freezer dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Easy access for car, views from benarty some of the better ones on the site.

− Run down, not clean, con webs along the ceiling in the kitchen, black mould along the ceiling and roof in bathroom, bathroom generally dirty, urine stains on lower part of outer toilet, bath tap not sealed to the bath and broken, hot tub water clean but filter and jets visibly dirty. Kettle was filled with white residue and beginning to rust. Couch very worn but ok to sit on. Dining table, the chairs and the place mats have all seen much better days. Location was ideal. Just wanted to make the best of a few days away but stuck it out one night and left after being out walking the next. It was such a let down. Views great but no standard of maintenance, cleanliness, so disappointing. Couldn’t be bothered with potential conflict raising the multiple issues so just left early. Comments passed on. Most of the issues could be dealt with through a deep clean, proper checking of equipment and fixing things. Decks are tired because again not maintained. Paint them and it would make all the difference. Was looking forward to the few days away enjoying the weather and was left deflated and gutted. Will not be back, pictures are not a true reflection of the benarty status. Read the trip advisor reviews, I wish I had, so many previous stays from months ago commenting on the cleanliness and hot tub being dirty and still the same. Wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that.
