4.0The property in it self is fine and the location is accessible if you have a car.
− The property is lacking maintenance, some tiles are loose and make a lot of noise. The cleanliness was very poor hairs everywhere! Seemed like the apartment had not been cleaned for a while, on top of that there were still dirty towels from pervious tenants also filed with hairs. The double room bed sheets were also dirty and even filled with mould. We actually left earlier than planned due to the unpleasantness.

− Dass man erst auf der Straße parken muss bis man in der Wohnung ist, um an die Schlüssel für das Tor zu kommen ! Paar Teile z.B Stühle, Wäscheständer sollten erneuert werden
