10.0Loved pretty much everything about this site. The room was cozy, clean, modern and chic, and the bed was so comfortable.
− Uncertain on who to ask questions, as there's no staff on site; some particulars were not clear on the reservation. I called a number I found in an email; was not clear if that was for customer service or not. It was, and the individual was very helpful.
Great hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
10.0There's no better location in Bangor—especially if you're seeing a concert at the Maine Savings Amphitheater. Great rooms, surrounded by great restaurants all within walking distance. And the hosts were super communicative/responsive. Zero complaints from us.
In the heart of Bangor - excellent location for a short stay

− Nobody to address problems with the room. Though my issue was resolved through messages on booking.com but took a long time. Room very basic. OK for a night but not for a longer stay.
