Experiencia muy positiva en una casa a la que hemos ido recientemente y que cumple con lo que buscas cuando te vas a una zona como Campo Arcís: tranquilidad, desconexión y espacio. Además, mucha flexibilidad por parte de los dueños tanto para la entrada como para la salida, algo que facilita mucho la organización del fin de semana. El recinto está muy bien cuidado y eso es algo que también se repite en muchas opiniones: se nota el mimo en los detalles y el mantenimiento general. La casa es amplia, muy bien equipada y pensada para grupos, con todo lo necesario para no echar nada en falta durante la estancia. Las zonas exteriores son probablemente lo mejor: piscina, jardín y zona de barbacoa/paellero que permiten disfrutar mucho del tiempo allí, sobre todo en grupo. Es el típico sitio donde acabas haciendo más vida fuera que dentro de la casa. El entorno también suma: está aislado en plena naturaleza, en una parcela amplia y con vistas abiertas, lo que aporta mucha privacidad y sensación de desconexión total. En resumen, una casa espectacular, muy bien cuidada, con espacio de sobra y perfecta para escapadas en grupo. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestro fin de semana un placer. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.

Big cosy house comfortable for 3 families. Nice chimney for the family evenings. House was clean and prepared. Owner is helpful with all the questions. Loved to stay there and would come back if need to go to the same location.

Las facilidades que nos da Santiago cada vez que nos hospedamos, se preocupa y nos ayuda en todo.

− El único pero es que alguna ducha de los baños no tiene soporte para fijar la alcachofa.

The house is modern, nice layout. There is a good size pool and pristine law. Easy to access, check in and check out

− I am not even sure I have enough symbols to tell what we disliked about the property. First and foremost they are NOT pet friendly. We came with a corgi and he was pointed to a dirty cage outside and was not allowed in the house. The house is beautiful but really really unkept. There are damages everywhere, holes in carpets, blankets, furniture. Inside is clean only on a surface level, we had to wash some dishes before even using them, chaos in the kitchen with disarray of utensils in drawers and unusable pans due the teflon coating just flaking off. The whole house is full of owners personal belonging, like clothes and pictures of children which makes you feel uneasy and like you are trespassing. The outside is even worse with broken stairs and patio boards around the pool. Broken and moldy outside furniture, filthy tables and swarms of flies which makes it impossible to even relax. The grill area is filthy as well and looks like it never was cleaned. There is no netflix (just for the button on the remote) and no tumble drier as was mentioned. €500 a night is an insane price for the condition we found it in (even used condom wrapper behind the sofa). Would never stay here again, even for free. I have so many pictures but sadly cannot share them all

Beautiful family home perfect for outdoor barbecues and lazy afternoons swimming and sun bathing

Perfect location to explore Requena and the countryside. We also drove to the train station and used Requena as a base for the tomato festival, water and wine festival and to visit Valencia. Our host was responsive, accommodating and very friendly
