10.0My husband, 11 yr old son, and I all got to enjoy this wonderful property. The railroad theme was tastefully done, and the landscaping was phenomenal. It is very well stocked for kitchen utensils, and shower has body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner. Many towels provided, washer + dryer, lots of seating available too. Loved having a propane grill , and fire pit. Covered porch was so nice to have, and we overlooked a pond with many birds around us. 20 min. from Kenai area stores, but right near the Nikiski rec. swimming pool! Would love to stay again, and the owner was prompt to respond when texted. Her son and a sweet dog Sami live on site too.
