Modern, zeer ruim appartement in een rustige buurt.
10.0Rustige ligging, deftige buurt, op 10’ stappen van de metro, nog eens 20’ later sta je in het centrum en aan de Akropolis. Bakker, supermarkt heel dichtbij.
Πολύ καλό και άνετο διαμέρισμα
9.0Ωραίο και μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές και περισσότερα. Κοντά σε στάση του μετρό, βολεύει για να επισκευτείτε ενδιαφέροντα μέρη στην Αθήνα. Πολύ κοντά επίσης σε super market. Επειδή έχω ηλεκτρικό αυτοκίνητο, στο ίδιο supermarket υπήρχαν φορτιστές και με βόλεψαν. Άνετα κρεβάτια και μεγάλος άνετος καναπές στο σαλόνι. Καλό μπάνιο με ένα θέμα στη πόρτα που αναφέρω παρακάτω.
− Η συρόμενη πόρτα του μπάνιου έχει "πέσει" και ήταν δύσκολο να την κλείσεις. Χρειάζεται επισκευή. Το ένα ταψί για το φούρνο ήταν γεμάτο καμένα λίπη και η σύζυγός μου χρειάστηκε να το καθαρίσει, ενώ και ο φούρνος είχε αρκετά καμένα λίπη. Χρειάζονται καλύτερο καθάρισμα τα συγκεκριμένα. Το ηλεκτρικό πατζούρι του σαλονιού δεν έκλεινε τελείως ενώ όταν βρήκε σε ένα εμπόδιο βγήκε από το κανάλι του και μπλόκαρε. Ο ιδιοκτήτης θεώρησε πως γι' αυτό πρέπει να πληρώσω για την επισκευή 40 ευρώ, αν και ομολόγησε πως ήταν η 4η φορά φέτος που συμβαίνει. Πλήρωσα φυσικά το ποσό, όμως θεωρώ πως αδίκως το χρεώθηκα αφού κάτι που γίνεται 4 φορές προφανώς είναι προβληματικό εκ κατασκευής και δε μπορεί να ευθύνεται ο κάθε χρήστης.
