Muy buena ubicación y comunicación

− El apartamento que nos dieron no era que se anunciaba. Era en la ubicación que aparecía en la web pero no era el de las fotos… No se correspondía. Nos dieron uno peor y más pequeño

Was the perfect apartment for 9 of us girls!

The apartment was perfect for our group. There was loads of room for 9 of us. Also the apartment was fully equipped with everything u could need there was even toiletries in the bathrooms!

− Everything was great! Maybe getting walls painted would freshen it up slightly!

No vam quedar gaire satisfets

El preu i la situació prop del transport públic.

− Massa petit per 10 persones. No estava gaire net. Entrava aire fred per les finestres i no es poden ni obrir no tancar.

Awful. Over-priced. Not like the pictures. Not luxury.

Don't stay here. The apartment doesn't look anything like the pictures. It also doesn't match the description. The apartment has been poorly maintained, smells damp, has holes in the floor, damage to the walls, stains on the carpet and the door handle was almost falling off. Not in the slightest 'LUX' or luxury. The photographs and accommodation description are mis-selling this property. We also still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution with bookings.com about the bad experience we had at this property.

− The bed linen was stained and not clean, there were dead bugs on the floor. The AC didn't work properly. The sofa beds were broken. You couldn't use the dining table properly, because there wasn't enough room to sit round it on the chairs with the sofas propped up against the walls (because they were broken). The description was misleading as both bathrooms were not only very small, but also BOTH en-suite, so you have to go into the bedrooms to get to the bathrooms. Therefore, the property doesn't properly sleep 11, you'd be better off at a youth hostel. The futons are barely acceptable for a child to sleep on and not suitable for adults. There is also not enough floor space in the bedrooms to put the futons out without then stepping on whoever is sleeping on them in the night. It was very noisy at night; lots of street noise/loud cars/sirens and drunk people shouting in the middle of the night. We couldn't have been more disappointed with this property and it wasn't anywhere near worth what we paid for two nights here.

Boa localização, bairro parecia seguro

− A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, a roupa de cama estava suja e o chão da casa estava grudento!
