10.0I enjoyed my stay in London and appreciated having a place to stay while exploring the city. The accommodation was a convenient base for visiting London's attractions during my two-week trip.
− Some aspects of the accommodation could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. Better attention to the facilities and overall comfort would make the experience even better.
I was grateful that they answered my phone call and accommodated me after the UK ATC outage.

Awful apartment to stay, I will not recommend this to any one.

− The apartment by the property owner was displayed on booking.com as a separate apartment not a shared apartment. It has one common kitchen for a five room guests which contradicted picture on the booking.com. My first night was ugly, toilet was messed up.No parlour. The amount charged was excessively for a shared apartment with no parlour but a common kitchen. The bathroom close to room 5 where I stayed with a family of five was leaking on the fourth stay of our abode.I will not recommend this to any one. Stay away from this type of property owner. One more plea, is it possible for booking .com owner to do a first assessment before allowing guest to use. I will need the owner to give me a refund. Good location but the owner should display this apartment as a shared property..After several call by my co-guest, the cleaning was improved briefly.
