The view to the canal is relaxing. The room is confortable and bedrooms has plenty of linens including pool towels. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice water pressure on showers and kitchen. The Water park and pool area was fun. The kids loved it. Bar and food by the pool was also great. Proximity to beach access is a plus.

− A bit outdated. Parking was a bit difficult as the place seemed to be overbooked. Pool and water park gets crowded during the weekend as not only guess from the hotel use the amenities.

The accommodations were close to the beach and area restaurants.

− There were too many restrictions that you were not told about before the booking. The Waterpark was only for 2 people yet you have 4 people staying at your apartment. The staff at the location were very rude. The stay had unreasonable requests. Wash the towels, keep thermostat at a specific temperature. Would not recommend this to anyone else and would never stay at this location.

It was a nice surprise , good location and excellent for families with children .

Clean , large room , almost every thing we need was in the unite .

We have stayed here for several years now one of our favorite places. Close to the beach the view is amazing and close to everything safe area and walking distance to the beach and food.

− This year I was very disappointed this was the best room and view we have ever had but the parking was crazy no where to park without walking, no carts to get your luggage up stairs and the worest part the elevator was down for 3 days I called several times no answer and no response back I even emailed. We had to carry all of our belongings up and down 7 flights of stairs my husband had back surgery and this was not good for him. I didn’t like that no one returned my call or my email. They have still yet to email me back. The first day they went down it would go to a different floor if someone on that floor pushed the button but only that way by that night they would not go up or down. I hate to say all of this because this is my favorite place to stay we have stayed for years
