5.0Lautstärke von der Straße , Einrichtung alt und verlebt im Haus riecht es nach Cannabis bin mir sicher da wohnt auch gleich der Dealer des Vertrauens ziemlich laut bis die Nacht um zwei im Hausflur fliegen Türen. Personal sehr bemüht gute Einweisung schon ein bisschen zuviel Fürsorge

8.0Tolle Lage an der Straßenbahn!
− Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr hellhörig. Die Eingangstür fällt sehr laut ins Schloss und ich habe alle Bewohner gehört, die ins Haus gekommen sind.
