It was well equipped and very appreciative of the milk and teabags etc

− The bathroom is in a cupboard and very small, it’s clean but does need an upgrade. Impossible for my 89 year old mother to use the shower due to the step up into it.

Good location and equipped with everything we needed!

− Took a while to find an off street to park on. Garden area could do with a tidy up.

Everything you need!

Ben's property met our needs perfectly. It's a small but really well designed flat with comfortable beds and the outside space on such a hot week was very welcome. Despite the heat, the flat stayed relatively cool - definitely helped that Ben popped in and had a fan running all day whilst we were out. At the last minute, Ben accommodated a change in our plans. He could not have been more helpful. The flat is spotless and there's everything you need - great fridge, cafetiere, plenty towels, etc.... plus Ben left milk in the fridge for us! We parked around the corner. The location is ideal - very quiet for a nights sleep but 10 minute walk into the centre. We were in Loughborough for our son's graduation and honestly, having such a handy place to stay and such a lovely host made all the difference.

Nice quiet place with everything you need.

Took us a while to find no 7 due to its position on the other side of a junction, but it was a nice quiet place which had everything we needed for our short stay.

− Though everything we used seemed to be clean, whilst opening cupboards looking for things, it was clear that these hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, which made us feel less comfortable about the cleanliness of the things we were using, which is possibly unfair. Also, we didn’t understand the button to tap to check out. We did tap it but it didn’t do anything?

The location is pretty central in town, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and close to the center. The apartment was very clean, spacious and very well equipped.

− The location is at a pretty busy road so I closed the window on the roadside to reduce the noise. After that it was ok and since you can open small windows at the garden side you'll get enough fresh air inside. .
