Shower worked well with plenty of pressure and hot water. Good for our dog. Grass yard available.

− Not very clean. Old and rundown. I think they tried to make it nice but still not what we hoped for. Very little water from faucets. Mold in washer dispenser. Lamp in bedroom burnt out. Needs a good cleaning.

Living room, kitchen ( no garbage disposal), nice eating area, bedroom (needs another table on the other side of the bed). Bathroom was fine. Loved washer and dryer. Loved little enclosed yard for pets. We needed another Keurig as the one there, quit working. Sarah went out of her way to get us another one. Very responsive.

− Toilet paper holder needed another screw. Needs a garbage disposal. An additional table for bed area.

I absolutely love this place — I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s officially my home away from home! The vibe is cozy, charming, and perfectly vintage without feeling dated. Everything is spotless, the beds are super comfy, and it’s just such a relaxing spot. You can tell the hosts really care about every detail — it’s got everything you need for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood’s quiet but close to everything, and it just feels *right* the moment you walk in. Honestly, it’s the best spot around. You should 100% stay here too… just not on the dates I want, because I’m definitely coming back! 😄

Location was great, the value for your money was fabulous. Very clean, very comfortable, and fun decorations! Laundry onsite (with supplies too), and great outdoor seating area. Super comfy beds!

− When a place is advertised as pet friendly, it will smell like dogs to those who don't own them, which is understandable. We bought an air freshener, though, and that did the trick! The bedside lamp in upstairs bedroom had burned out lightbulb, so I bought one to replace it and realized it had a short or something, so I spent money I probably didn't need to. Finally, there were a couple of tiny little beetles around the apartment every day (not bedbugs or anything nasty!) They were small enough to kill, but I did feel like I had to be on the lookout. I'm not sure if its the time of year (mid-july)? They definitely didn't take away from the enjoyment of my stay, but I thought I'd mention it!

We didnt actually stay. I do not know what the inside looks like- but the parking was bad. It was either on the street or in an alley. Not safe for your own car- maybe a rental wouldn't matter. It sits on the main busy street - its in an older neighborhood - prob nice inside

− The parking situation. I spoke with host even before we went about parking - should habe gone with my instincts. Prob a nice place - ????

Close to downtown, good value. Easy to deal with.

− Noise from the street, but that isn't anyone's fault. The property has provided noise machines for the bedrooms.
