9.0The beds were soo comfortable. The location for the house is perfect. 30 minutes away from Manchester and Liverpool. Bang in the middle. Staff was soo helpful. Communication was a 10/10.
The area was not worth the price but there was a festival in so I’m assuming that’s the reason, probably a good place fo

− The place smelt of damp and cigarettes, there was mould in the bathroom along the bath and on the ceiling. The area seemed dangerous there was people banging on doors front and back at some points arguing with neighbours, we could constantly smell weed and someone set a fire in a persons backyard a few doors down.
Best place, best price, comfortable. I could say worth for every penny.

Great solution if you are working in the area or need to be near the hospital
7.0The house is spacious and was reasonably clean on arrival. The beds are of good quality, and the mattresses are good enough to grant you a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, very good when multiple people are cooking.
− A little more attention on the parking permit, which resulted in our car been fined. The council has since dropped the charges, but it caused unnecessary headaches.
