− There was no television in my room and no remote control in the main room.

1.0− Sleutel was niet aanwezig in de sleutelkluis. Toen we de eigenaar opbelde, beloofde hij dat hij de conciërge ging langst sturen. Na een uur kregen we te horen dat hij ons niet meer konden helpen en dat we maar een andere oplossing moesten zoeken

7.0− On arrival there were no keys in the box. It took 2 hours to sort out and could only be solved because one other room was not booked and so I got that room.
