6.0The apartment itself was great, and the location was absolutely fantastic. The check-in process was seamless and very easy using the PIN entry codes. The main downside was the stairs, which were a nightmare when carrying luggage up to the apartment. There also wasn’t enough coffee provided for the stay. One thing I was quite concerned about was that the biscuits provided on the tray were being stored under the sink alongside cleaning chemicals. I don’t think food should be stored in the same area as chemicals, and this is something that should definitely be addressed. Apart from those points, we had a good stay and the location was excellent.

− We stayed another indigo flat last time and we had good experience. So we picked indigo flat again(not exactly same one).but we disappointed this one. We got bed bug bite (living room couch and one of the bedrooms) The shower water pressure is so low and the water temperature was just too hot or too cold. Unorganized rooms.(cleaning supplies are in the bathroom or bedroom) The apartment is old and damaged. Only 35ml shampoo, body wash and body lotion for 3 nights,5 of us.

9.0La ubicación y era muy práctico, tenías de todo para pasar unos días en familia. No tiene aire acondicionado pero con los ventiladores no hemos tenido problema. Las camas muy grandes y cómodas.
− No tiene ascensor que ya se indica pero sin problema en nuestro caso.

8.0Excellent location - 10-15mins walk from Regent St, Oxford St, Chinatown & Theatres! Even though it's in the middle of Soho, it wasn't too noisy at night.
Great location … better for young people
6.0Location is great within the happening soho and all the shopping retails , restaurants and bar
− It was on 3rd floor with no AC, and it was hot. Also with kids and luggage it was difficult.

− No a/c Not enough toilet paper, there were only 2 for 4 poeple for one week. No refuse bags Its a bit old appartmet

However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
