9.0担当者の対応（返答）が早く、丁寧で感じが良かったです。 お部屋や置いてある物は、清潔感があり綺麗でした。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープに加えてクレンジング、洗顔フォームもありました。 掃除機やコロコロもあり、ドライヤー後の髪を掃除できて良かったです。 台所用品は、殆ど使いませんでしたが、電子レンジ以外にもオーブントースターがありました。 大人3人で申し込みしました。3人分のベット、タオルがしっかり準備されてました。 他の小物もあったら良いなと思う物は殆ど準備されており、気配りの細やかさが感じられました。 テレビも大画面で、良かったです。

10.0三宮駅近でスーパーも近く便利です。清潔でトイレとお風呂も別、洗濯乾燥機完備。 毎回神戸に行く時はお世話になります。

− 少しだけ駅から迷った事と、リモコンがなぜか電源以外反応しなくなった事以外は文句なしでした！！

− Be aware of the location of the property. It is probably only 10 mins from Sannomiya station but on reflection, somewhere more central would have been preferable.
