Cozy apartment in the historic center
8.0The host is very helpful and provided a lot of useful information about the apartment and our stay in Graz and helped with parking booking. It was really to find the building, collect the keys and get into the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th flow w/o an elevator, which will definitely help you to exercise. It is quiet and cozy and with a comfortable double bed. Complimentary water and coke on arrival is there to fill your thirst. The building is in a historic center and pretty close to everything. There is a cafeteria just in front of the building. An easily accessible parking lot is within 5-6 minutes walk.
− There is no dining table meant for 3 people, only a small coffee table with 2 chairs only. The Kitchen facilities could be improved - there are no kitchen knives and the ventilation barely works.

10.0We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in process was easy, and the host was very friendly and responsive. The location was convenient, and everything met our expectations. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Comfortable stay
10.0Excellent location. Even though we arrived in the evening, we still had enough time to enjoy a lovely walk through the beautiful old town. The host was very caring and provided clear, detailed instructions before our arrival, making check-in effortless. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Graz!

10.0The property was so spacious and had so much charm. It was very centrally located so you could walk to said the main sights and restaurants. We absolutely loved staying there. It had all modern appliances and amenities which is perfect for a short or long stay. We wished we could stay for longer.
