1.0Was mislead by the wording, it was not a luxurious apartment, it was very dirty and lacked the basic care an apartment requires, would not reccomend and the owner should look up the definition of luxurious and reflect.
− Cleanliness was a big issue and when it came to check In time the cleaner wasn’t finished by 3pm and I don’t know what she was doing in there but it wasn’t cleaning !

1.0Die Nähe zu Canary Wharf war super, fußläufig zu erreichen. Supermarkt in direkter Nähe.
− Die Fotos waren vor einigen Jahren wohl mal aktuell, die Beschreibung Luxury ist ein Witz. Da hilft auch kein Netflix und keine PS4. Appartement insgesamt extrem abgewohnt. Kaputte und dreckige Einrichtungsgegenstände. Badezimmer alles dreckig und kaputt. Geschirr vom Vorgänger noch im Geschirrspüler. Wasserkocher, Herd, Abzugshaube, Töpfe, Kühlschrank.. alles versifft. Wir haben erstmal neue Lappen gekauft und das nötigste Geschirr für uns abgewaschen per Hand, Geschirrspüler hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Übergabeprozess Schlüssel hat nicht gekappt, erst nach ewigem Telefonieren konnten wir in die Wohnung. Jetzt nach Beanstandung keine Reaktion, keine Stellungnahme des Vermieters, kein Kontakt. Schwache Leistung!

− Die Bäder sind heruntergekommen: Der Duschkopf muss in die Hand genommen werden, es fehlt ein Toilettendeckel, die Handtuchhalter sind rostig und verdreckt.

8.0It was a very good location, close to the dlr with a 10 min walk and the elizabeth line was only a 20 min walk. A corner shop was right in front of the building with friendly staff. It has a lift that could fit 5 of us and our carry-ons. The place was very clean and spacious, my friends and I were very happy when we arrived. It had two floors, both having balconies that has a good view of the park and let a lot of sunlight in. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathrooms were big as well and they provided us with a lot of towels. Each bedroom and the living room came with electric fans. The wardrobe has mirror doors which was extremely handy and a few more wall mirros in the place. They had a good-sized fridge and freezer, the 5 of us all had 5 litre water bottles which we were all able to fit into the fridge. The place also came with a large tv.
− These are just the little things. But it would be nice to have a hand towel in the toilet-only bathroom, shampoo and conditioner (even if it's just the cheap ones) in the bathrooms, body wash in both bathrooms, and washing machine pods/detergent. We came during the summer and luckily the place did provide fans but they just weren't as strong as we would have liked even at the highest setting. One of the bathrooms did have a slight damp smell. But overall, we would book again
