7.0I liked that it was clean, well-maintained, and affordable.
− The property was quite far away and located on a hilly area, making the walk to and from it quite challenging. Additionally, the bathroom was not en-suite, so it had to be shared with other guests.

I truly enjoyed this stay and most likely I will refer this place to my family when they go to NYC
9.0Very good value, the room was very cleaned when I walked in. Also I have to say Cleo, was a great communicator. Every instruction regarding the property was spot on, everything in the property was clearly labeled. Very safe, as each room has its own entry code. shower was very good, and water pressure was excellent. I did not watch the TV due to having my iPad with for movie viewing. **If you plan on staying here, note that it is street parking only*** the attention to details in the room was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again. there are some really good restaurants nearby. the location has a fridge which is shared with others. coffee maker and utensils.
Clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay
8.0Our room was very clean and fresh. We were happy to have plenty of space, and there were nice touches like a place to set out suitcases and hang our towels in our rooms. The bed was comfortable as well.
− The pillows were a little too hard and hurt my neck, but other than that our stay was great. Be prepared to walk 25 minutes to the train station, take a bus, or uber.
