Surprenant, dans un environnement suggérant l'arnaque.
6.0le confort de la chambre
− la location n'était pas à l'adresse annoncée et difficile à trouver. La chambre était loin du centre, au troisième étage d'un building décati sans ascenseur et le petit-déjeuner était servi dans un établissement extérieur. Rien ne correspondait à l'annonce.

− Nous avons eu énormément de difficultés à trouver l’endroit car changement d’adresse, pas changé sur Booking et changement de nom, maintenant bref & breakfast the Sun. Francesco aurait pu sortir dehors pour nous aider mais aucune indication dehors à sa nouvelle adresse. Nous avons dû demander à d’autres personnes de nous aider à trouver cet endroit. Horrible arrivée!

− Die Beschreibung war irreführend. Das B&B war nicht am Meer, sondern in einem Mehrfamilienhaus außerhalb der Altstadt und 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Free parking hieß, es gab gebührenfreie Parkplätze am Straßenrand,kein Parkplatz am Haus. Das Frühstück inklusive war ein Voucher für ein Café in der Nähe. Es war alles in Ordnung, aber nicht richtig beschrieben.

1.0− Avevo prenotato una notte in questo b&b al quanto carino da quanto ho visto in foto. Dopo nemmeno due ore chiamo dicendo che ho avuto un problema di salute con mio figlio e non sarei potuta andare. All'inizio disponibile il signore con cui ho parlato mi ha detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato facendo la richiesta su booking. Migliaia di telefonate e prese in giro scaricandosi la colpa l'uno con l'altro e per farla breve senza nessun rimborso. Le parole pesanti che mi sono state dette da questo eccezionale signore sono state che lui i 100 euro li strappa e che ci sono persone che perdono migliaia di euro. Sono davvero eccezionali per essere educata.

4.0The room itself was nice…
− It was essentially an apartment complex where a three bedroom apartment had been converted to three separate “hotel rooms”. The parking was street parking which was always full, and it wasn’t as central to anything as they would have you believe. The impression the listing gave was it was a hotel, and not just a converted apartment.
