5.0Buena ubicación, las instalaciones de la vivienda y la tranquilidad de la urbanización. Además dispone de parking privado.
− Dentro del apartamento no hay cobertura en ninguna de las estancias. La limpieza podría ser más cuidadosa. Además la recogida de llaves es algo incómoda, hay que desplazarse 20 min en coche hasta Estepona y la hora de salida antes de las 10h es bastante temprano porque hay que estar antes de las 10 en Estepona de nuevo.

− Ständiges Hundegebell Schlüsselübergabe ist an einem völlig anderen Ort, sehr unvorteilhaft, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist.

Appartement très beau , hélàs pas en rapport avec le niveau de propreté attendu.
6.0Résidence très calme, appartement très beau, déco et installations , 2 terrasses très appréciées
− Propreté à revoir : ménage très succint , sable sur les sols ( avons dû balayer car nos semelles crissaient!) , vaisselle à relaver, rideaux. Pas de torchons , ni papier toilette. C'est vraiment dommage car l'appartement est super. Place de parking contre l'entrée + poteau très difficile. Pas d'accueil humain , lieu pour retirer la clef éloigné de l'appartement.

− El tener que ir a buscar la llave a la provincia de al lado…..20km por cuatro trayectos 80km.La plaza de garaje mas estrecha que la del resto y encima la puerta interfiere cuando estás haciendo la maniobra.Me llevo de recuerdo un golpe de la puerta en mi coche.Los desagües de los baños se tupen y se inundan.

8.0El apartamento de 10 , no le falta un detalle , terrazas amplias, cocina equipada , camas cómodas, y piscina excepcional
− El parking, una plaza estrecha y justo en la puerta todo el rato abriéndose, todo un peligro para nuestro coche nuevo
