10.0It is new building with perfect new apartments. Everything is fresh and clean, inside apartment smell of new furniture and appliance, kitchenware is fresh and clean, curtains are ironed and tulle is perfectly white. Bedclothes and towels also white and clean. The owner reply quickly and helped with all organizational questions. I guess it was my best experience for staying in hotels around the world.
