Central but with compromises
6.0Located right in the heart of Chioggia, the location couldn’t be more perfect. The bedroom had air conditioning, which helped a lot during the summer heat. Breakfast and snacks were delivered daily, adding a personal and thoughtful touch. Own bathroom on the floor.
− The room is at the very top of the building with no elevator and lots of narrow stairs. The door is a semi-open glass panel, not a real entrance door, so privacy and sound insulation are poor. At night, the corridor light was often left on by other guests, shining directly into our room and making us feel uncomfortable. A motion sensor would be a smart improvement, in this case. We also had several power outages. Cleanliness could've been a bit detailed: some dust in general + under the bed, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. hairs on the pillow, and stains on the bedding. The shower is very small, and the shampoo holder fell off during use. The hairdryer had the wrong plug type and couldn't be used. The terrace didn’t feel very safe – wooden planks laid over a sloped roof with open gaps. If something falls through, it’s gone. Breakfast was varied, but we would have preferred more consistency or a set menu. Some items were quite dry, but juice and milk were provided occasionally. In short: OK for young couples or friends. Less ideal for families with children. The location is a big plus, but overall the value for money didn’t fully convince us.
Not relaxing place due to many inconvienences.

− We did not get the room we booked. Room had no airco in sleeping area. Owner was not willing to compensate. Wifi not good. Owner does not provide right password and wifi to slow to stream. We had to use the towels for 2 weeks. Asked for change several times. No reaction. Bad service
