Great location!

− "The bath's water pressure was weak; it could use a minor upgrade."

Location and the floor plan.

− The check in info was only provided on the Booking.com platform, which is fine, but we don’t have cellular data when we travel internationally and it was not convenient for us to get the information. It would’ve been more convenient if the information was provided on WhatsApp like all the other accommodations we stayed at in addition I tried calling the staff for the information and they never called back or picked up their phone. We eventually had to go to a location with Wi-Fi to retrieve the information. Super inconvenient. In addition, the place is a bit rundown paint chipping off cupboards no hair dryer no outlet in the bathroom. It just felt tired. Lastly, on our last day, the entry pad was removed for the front door and my husband and kids were stuck outside until we were able to get a hold of one of the staff members to bring a key over.

Good place to stay in mayfair

The apartment is very near to Hyde park. Bathroom condition is above average. There is a lift for the upstairs which is important for families with baby.

− Beds and couch are not so comfortable. There is some loud noises in the street at night. This situation made us feel unsafe.

The location was optimal and perfect for a family. The host was responsive and exceptional. Our stay surpassed out expectations. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The beds were comfy, the heat worked extremely well, the building felt safe and quiet as did the road.

− Nothing to report. We truly enjoyed our stay.
