The hotel is beautiful but the service sucks!!!

− I didn't like that I couldn't get in touch with the front desk from my room. My room didn't get cleaned. It was twice I was told that someone would be there to clean my room and when I got back to my room after 8:30pm and the room still haven't been cleaned. Was extremely disappointed 😞. I broke a bottle and wanted to make sure all the little glass pieces got cleaned up.

10.0Loved this hotel, very well appointed , the location was great for us as we didn’t want to be right in the madness of Waikiki, but still close enough to access if we chose. The rooms were very comfortable, well appointed (Toto toilets) and had comfortable beds. We have stayed at many Honolulu hotels over the years and this will be our go-to from now on.

10.0We loved the pool. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. The restaurant was also excellent.
− The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast ends too early, and afterward there are no breakfast options available. When you’re on vacation, you want to sleep in and relax a little longer, but you can’t because then you won’t be able to find breakfast. Also, the coffee is definitely not the best. Another thing that could be improved is providing resort transportation to and from the beach. It’s quite a walk to get there and back. It would also be nice to offer amenities for hotel guests, such as beach chairs and a designated area for guests to enjoy the beach.
