Gorgeous accommodation shame about the unprofessional conduct
7.0Lovely property and really great location and very clean
− The host was rude overall. We arrived early and it was clearly ready so we asked if we could check in (the message sent said to do so!) but we were told we had to wait til 4pm because they hadn’t heard from the cleaners (in a rude response)- that time is ridiculously late when you have a family, especially with a 10am check out time. We also had some other issues with the host - she is claiming some stain on the sofa was caused by us but we absolutely did not cause it. She was messaging pictures asking what I thought it was and how to remove it. Very unprofessional and strange. I’ve never had a host contact me directly and in such a strange manner.

− The onsite Restaurant. Went 3 times and it was a disaster. Staff trying their best but Management need to get it together.

10.0Our first visit to The Bay, definitely won’t be the last . Seashell Cove was perfect for our needs. Very clean ,well equipped and well situated. We loved the space and the bifold doors were essential as the weather was gorgeous the whole week . The onsite facilities were great and made for a very relaxed and fun holiday for our multi aged group . Thank you
