The design

− Only a fridge no freezer

the location great and applicable but poor property cleanliness and management.

the location was great for the area, but difficult to locate the accomodation. the parking to keep observation of motorcycles.

− the fact we were lied to about property cleaning, such as a third party cleaning company is used but there are no signs that a company actually did anything at all as over 15 spiders were found upon first entry to the property inside around kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. the cleaning supplies were poor and the hoover/vaccum cleaner had not been cleaned out so to be able to use it in its ALREADY damaged state we had to change the bag to remove said spiders and insects. the difficulty to accurately locate accomodation due to poor numbering identification system on site. I dont mind a little cleaning but i was not expecting to do a properties worth of house hold chores before being able to be comfortable on site. when booking we disclosed airbourne allergens and were told within 24 hours "well we can't accomodate for you so you must cancel your booking" it was put in my opinion politely we dont need your custom as you have a debilitating allergen and were offered no solution but cancel and you may recieve a possible refund.

Cosy Chalet, well decorated and furnished. Everything you need for a trip to hemsby was a lovely place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean throughout and all you would need in the kitchen. Short walk to beach and amusements etc. easy parking right outside. Would definitely book again

It’s a cute lil setup for small families, it was equipped with a few things like cutlery, pans, plates & glasses! great location, 15 min walk to the beach & attractions!

The location was great, just a few minutes from the seaside. The property was refurbished, so it was very clean and quiet as well.

− The property was full of spiders once I entered the property, I felt spider nets all over my body, especially once I entered the bathroom, and killed at least 10 spiders, and there were many more. It looked like it wasn't rented for a long time, and it was smelly as well, it's the kind of smell when the property is left for a long time without opening the windows. Although in general the property was newly refurbished, so it was also clean. I was also surprised that there is no electricity, so I need to pay for this, which is still a reasonable value, but this should be explicitly stated before the arrival, as if you don't have coins and arrive late, you might end up without electricity. The induction hub was a bit of a struggle on the first day, and got better the next day, maybe because it hadn't been used for a long time. Also frying pan was scratched.
