9.0Located close to the heart of Launceston, with off street parking, which is hard to find. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom. Electric blankets on the bed very much appreciated and heaters in the bedroom and lounge. There was also a heat pump on the wall in the dining room. Very handy too having a washing machine and dryer.
− The only thing for us is that we were cold. We live in Brisbane and found that the heat pump in the dining room did not seem to put out much heat - possibly it needs re-gasing or a service. We have 6 reverse cycle units throughout rooms in our two storey 1910 Queenslander in Brisbane (whilst it is generally hot, it can get cold in July/August there and we do use them for heating too) so are familiar with their use. Apart from that it was a lovely home, beautifully presented.
We enjoyed every minute we stayed at 11 Eardley.

− The driveway was steep and the street was narrow but we managed okay and it was free off street parking.

Old home beautifully restored but still cosy
10.0This property has amazing beds, big bedrooms, an amazing contemporary bathroom and even a big dining room. It is quiet, 5 minutes by car to city centre and the owner is attentive and accommodating. The washer worked perfectly. Two couples would find this a good option.
