− The picture on add was very nice but when I entered the property I was astonished how dirty the entrance . Bed room was good but corridors and toilets are not clean and bad smell

1.0I like nothing we didn’t stay in the property as there was no where safe or legal to park our car. We had to find somewhere else to stay. The host was very unhelpful and we weren’t offered any recompense at all

We didn't get access to property. Wrong key code leading to trip cancellation.

− We didn't get access to property. Key code was wrong. We waited outside the flat for 2 hours, still no one picked up call and no one replied the email. We had to cancel the whole trip and return back to Manchester driving 5 hours. Honestly, atleast emergency contact number should work when some accomodation is booked whether it is week day or weekend. There could be any emergency but no point of contact during weekends and out of office hours. Serious disappointment booking the flat. Would hesitate to book any such accomodations in future.
