The manager lied about a refund for the night we didn’t stay, and the owner rudely blamed us.

− Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing, despite its great location near Siesta Key. We were bitten by bed bugs in two separate rooms, although the host denied their presence. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and wasn’t repaired until two days later. The bathrooms had no door locks, one of the bedrooms had no lighting, and the kitchenware—especially the plates—was in such poor condition that we had to use disposable alternatives. To make matters worse, the host was rude, blamed us for the issues, and refused to offer any refund. While the location was convenient, we will not be booking this property again.
