Left after 15 Mins! Unsuitable for people with sensitive skin and breathing

− Many things, most importantly being the smell of dust and old wood upstairs. There was something in the air that was causing my family to have a itching sensation. My family members have sensitive skin and athsma and this dust and smell sensation coming from upstairs was triggering skin irritation. We had to leave the property after being there for 15 mins after realising how bad it is. We came for a wedding near by but it was so bad that in some of the old wardrobes they had we could not hang our clothes due to the smell in them The majority of the issue was upstairs of the house Also what wasn’t helpful was sending someone to show us around the house as we were checking in. We could not understand each other due to the person not speaking english and communication on translation apps was not smooth or easy at all When we were leaving due to the property not being suitable that person came back and was rude to us. Making hand gestures to get out of the property even though we were waiting for our taxi to arrive. The weather was like storm rain and she wanted us to get out in that. Her other colleague on whatsapp was very helpful and tried to mediate and translate in between, she was fine through out this. We tried to get a resolution via booking.com and they provided a 50% refund which is not acceptable when you are spending over £1000. This response was not received on my side and now the property has refused any refund. This is not acceptable to lose 50% of your money because the property is unsuitable. I normally do not like to leave negative reviews as it is someones business but the decline of a full refund has led me to this We had to book another hotel on the spot which was for half the price but was amazing.

A wholesome week with my family that we will cherish forever. Thank you

− -Les salles de bain devraient être au niveau des chambres. -L’extérieur devrait être plus aménager. Il manquait une table pour manger mais aussi des parasols.

Lovely stay

We loved the friendly welcome and lovely touches of fresh fruit, water, and some local beer/wine. The pool is a great size and taxis were cheap enough to do our shopping and take trips as needed.

− For a house that sleeps 8, I'd suggest more than 3 sun loungers and a mirror in each bedroom.
