3.0The location was beautiful and the place was very clean and nice, great communication and all.
− Well the bed was waayyy too soft, but hey that's okay, what isn't okay is as soon as midnight hits, is that whoever lives right above the Airbnb decided to move around furniture and have their tv full blast and talk when it's pretty normal everyone is going to bed time. I spent two night there and did not get any sleep at all due to this. It's just not something I want when I pay over a 100 dollars a night to say somewhere, other then that this place is really great.
Would not recommend this to older people. Way to many stairs and no parking close to unit.

Relaxing and beautiful stay! Steep walk down to the property but worth it!
7.0The view of the lake from the house was gorgeous!! And the studio room was adorable. So close to town with great shopping and hikes.
− The lake was a bit icky. And we couldn’t access the dock like we were told. The walk down from the parking spot to the front door was a steep hill and a bit confusing at first.

− Lots of stairs, not allowed to drive down driveway to the entrance for loading and unloading, no info on borrowing a kayak.

Guests will receive a rental agreement and a copy of the credit card authorization, which must be signed and returned to the property at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the agreement and credit card authorization are not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
For all reservations a copy of the credit card front & back is required if your reservation has any additional fees such as pet fee, late arrival fee , reservation extension or damaged deposit.
Please note that a photo of a valid government photo ID and a selfie with identification are required to be provided to the check in host remotely at least 24 hours before arrival date in order to check in.
All long-term reservations of 25 nights or more will need to complete the long-term lease, renter profile, rental agreement and credit authorization form and background check.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
