1.0Nothing. This is scam!
− The property manager doesn't have time to take care of guests and send check-in information, even though they make the property available for booking on the day of arrival. I booked at 5 PM, the weather was so bad that day so I had to stay in the mall waiting for instructions. I didn't receive check-in instructions, and the property didn't respond to messages for several hours. The property was available on the website, so the manager must be ready to accommodate guests. Finally I had to book something else. Later that evening, they sent a copy-and-paste message demanding registration, even though I was already in bed elsewhere. This is ridiculous!
