We enjoyed the home very much it was close to shops and restaurants and all the conveniences.

− The pool was dirty and cold and didn't have a heater. The kids did not care the 1st day we were there because it was so warm. But it would have been nice to use it more had it had a heater I definitely feel we would have been able to enjoy that swimming more. The house smelled of fish really bad when we first arrived and we had to open the doors and let it air out as well as I bought a candle to light to defuse the smell. After the 1st day we were able to get rid of the smell. I believe who ever stayed there before us probably had cooked fish and that is why the smell lingered in the house. I think the cleaning company they use are not working to full potential there were alot of areas that weren't cleaned properly. The one in paticular was the kitchen sink you could definitely tell it had not been wiped and cleaned from the previous guests. But the house is very cute and is perfect for a family to stay the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. We didn't like the fact that there weren't any TVs in the bedrooms most people do watch TV at night or atleast like to watch the news before bed so that is something I think they should approve on. Overall it is very affordable and the owners are very good with communication and answering any questions for you. For the value and how cute the home is and the location it was perfect for our trip I would love to stay at the home again.

The house was so adorable clean and everything you needed. Love the layout of the home!! Everything was new looking and worked perfectly. Location of home was so close to an adorable little mini town with bars boutiques and restaurants that we discovered riding around. There was a Publix right around the corner from the house which was always good to have when Vacationing.

− Wish the pool area was more updated like the beautiful home itself

It was in a great location and served the purpose but could be better if maintained.

The two bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen area was clean and had cookware. It had easy access and linens for the two bedrooms. Good location. Seemed spacious.

− The pool was almost gross. Someone came and skimmed the top but all of the junk on the bottom of pool stayed. Not clean enough to feel comfortable to use it. The room down a step in the back had a pullout couch but the mattress had gross stains on it. This back room did not feel clean. The couch in the living room had a pull Out couch. When the cushions came off there were tons of crumbs. Because of the dirt and difficulty of opening up the couch we bought a blow up bed.

Had a great stay and will be staying here again in the future

House was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Laundry soap for the washing machine, everything needed to cook meals and a great pool that we all enjoyed

− Only thing we would change is the couch in the living room wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on
