− When we first arrived I noticed the fridge didn’t wk. So we went the 1st night without a fridge, then we was bitten. Not sure what types of bugs they had.

Location and layout were great, especially for boating, but the unit had a strong cigarette smoke

Overall, the location was perfect—especially for boating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with very easy water access and great walking trails nearby that offered beautiful views. The layout of the unit worked really well for our group of three plus a dog, and we had no issues parking our boat in the lot.

− Unfortunately, the main reason for the low rating was the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the unit. It was overwhelming enough that we had to keep the windows open all weekend to try to air it out. The air filters also appeared to be very old and likely contributed to the lingering odor, and there was visible dust from the vents on the ceiling. During our stay, we reached out to the host via text regarding the smoke smell and condition of the air filters but did not receive a response, and we still have not received any acknowledgment. Aside from this issue, the unit itself was clean. We would absolutely consider staying here again if the smoke smell issue were addressed.

Location was Great, Neighbors are awesome,friendly and very helpful. Very pleasant and a peaceful stay.

− The screen door needs to be fixed or replaced. Hard to close if you didn’t want it blowing in the wind, Very loud and noisy when trying to peacefully enter or exit the room. I know it’s pet friendly but it has a bit of a strong pet odor. Fabric holds odors. A good deep cleaning would make this place a 20 out of a 10 for sure. On the booking website it mentions bicycles not sure about rental or on site, but the management did send email about bicycles on site and gave me the code to the lock. Upon to take a cruise the tires on both bikes were flat. But with no doubt I believe if I would have brought it to their attention they would have solved the issue.
